AB1: Art & Business 1
This class is for the artist looking to land a job. In our industry, we learn techniques for design and art. In Art of Business 1, we learn how to communicate as a professional, learn the do’s and don’ts of the industry and become more informed on where our industry is going and how to become a part of it for a long lasting and healthy career. We also cover rates, contracts, pipeline, time management and more!

Co-Founder of Brainstorm School. Founder of Scribble Pad Studios. Concept artist for over 20 years in the video game, film, advertising and illustration industries with clients such as RIOT games, Netflix, Activision, Blizzard, Treyarch and more!
Focus: Create goals, understand the industry and create a plan for success. This is a class HIGHLY recommended for all entry students and those looking to enter into job placement.

Location: All SUMMER 2024 Term courses will be held online. All material, course structure and syllabus will remain the same. Class will meet in an online meeting room hosted by Brainstorm School.
Requirements: Computer with Photoshop and high speed internet. Mic (highly recommended) and camera (optional)
