Joon Ahn Joon is a senior level concept artist in the entertainment industry specifically within the video game and illustration space. He was previously a senior concept artist at RIOT games and currently working as a freelancer. This mentorship will develop your foundation and world building skills! This is a mentorship open to all skills levels. You will develop two main areas of focus: The ability to design a worldAbility to artistically represent the world you design.
All students will also be pushed to develop a personalized sense of: CompositionColor theoryDesignDigital painting.
Furthermore, Joon will guide you in understanding how to utilize history, culture and nature to design unique and fantastic worlds! These skills are in high demand in the entertainment industry!

*This program is limited to 4 students
No two students' mentorship will be alike, each student to help him/her achieve their individual goals- whether it be to improve their current technical or design skills or to build a portfolio. Each student will receive 1 hrs personalized time with the instructor per week. You can also be a part of hours of critiques and demos with the rest of the group. Students will be expected to devote time in order to accomplish their goals for this program.
