VD1: Visual Development
Visual Development is the understanding of creation of essential designs for the purpose of story-telling. Visual development is used widely in all forms of design especially within animation, feature film, video games and more. Learn the theories and practices to create compelling designs and show off your design skills and process. This is an intermediate level course.
Time: Thursday, 7:30pm – 10:30 pm (3 Hour course)
Starts: Thursday, Jan 24, 2019
Instructor: Jason Scheier, Art director & instructor
Focus: Break down narrative storytelling into a visual style and concept creation.
Prerequisite: DC1, DC2, DC3, FIG1 (recommended)
Materials: Traditional materials list to be provided
